Peddar Zaskq...in this moment, is a series of dictations to Sri Tammy from Peddar Zaskq, the spiritual name of the man who was known as Paul Twitchell, when he presented Eckankar to the public in 1965. This was the first time the teachings had been put into the written form in several thousand years. Following Paul Twitchell's translation (death of the body) in 1971, the teachings were carried on by his successor, Sri Darwin Gross under the name ATOM, Ancient Teachings of the Masters until his translation on March 8, 2008.
This book was dictated and released at this time for a number of reasons: to clear up misconceptions and misinformation, to introduce the Dhunami teachings, and as a guide for those who stepped aside from these teachings in confusion years ago when they were known as Eckankar. The same scenario is being "re-played" now with ATOM, Ancient Teachings of the Masters. Many are being fooled because they do not use the daily spiritual exercises and look for their own answers at the temple within.
"Sri Peddar Zaskq still carries the Mahanta consciousness, and will continue to do so for another 400 plus years. He is still the source from which the Dhunami teachings flow. Any individual or organization claiming to have insights into the life and teachings of Paul Twitchell through various books or other means are doing so through the methods used only in this world and not those of the pure spiritual planes.
Those who claim a personal relationship with Paul, try to interpret his mission and purposes, or try to defend him or his writings do not have the experience, authority or approval of Peddar Zaskq to bring out this kind of information. While they are certainly free to tell their stories, making claims and analysis, none of them are capable of imparting the whole truth." -Sri Tammy
With the exception of the foreword and introduction, none of this book comes from Sri Tammy. She has not edited out or added anything to it. It is merely a copy of her conversations with Peddar Zaskq, who will continue to work with her and others who make themselves open to the flow of Divine Spirit.
